BFBH is about having real conversations with Bajans who are passionate about their products and services. It educational and entertaining as new, innovative products are shared with the audience. Each episode is themed around a shared value or concept that connects each entrepreneur. Four segments create an episode.

Guests are invited to bring samples of their products and or existing footage of their service to support their segment. Segment are five minutes.

All guest are asked the most important question: Why
should bajans buy from bout hey ? This goes to the heart of the programme. We want to hear from micro-entrepreneurs in their own words why it is important to
support them and their brands.
