There are several different female body types amongst Caribbean women, and each has its own unique characteristics. These body types include:

    • Hourglass: This body type is characterized by a well-defined waist and proportional hips and bust.
    • Pear: This body type has wider hips and thighs compared to the upper body.
    • Apple: This body type is characterized by a larger upper body, including the bust and waist, compared to the hips and thighs.
    • Rectangle: This body type has a straighter figure, with minimal curves and a similar width in the bust, waist, and hips.
    • Inverted triangle: This body type has broader shoulders and a larger upper body compared to the hips and thighs.

When it comes to choosing the best type of belt for your body type, there are a few guidelines you can follow:

    • Hourglass: Any of our standard OBK belts would fit perfectly to accentuate this body type’s curves.
    • Pear: A petite OBK / custom thinner belt that sits at the narrowest part of the waist can help balance out wider hips.
    • Apple: A woman with this shape can wear standard OBK belt but it is with the styling that would create the best visual results. Avoid wearing your OBK belt on your waistline, as they can draw attention to the midsection. Instead, choose a belt that sits on your hip or below your waist.
    • Rectangle: A petite or standard belt can be worn that sits at the waist can help create the illusion of curves.
    • Inverted triangle: A standard OBK belt that sits at the hips can help balance out broader shoulders and create a more proportional silhouette.

Of course, these are just general guidelines, and ultimately, the best type of belt for you is the one that makes you feel confident and comfortable.
